I have a passion for health and fitness, if I can help people in the process so much greater the reward.
With a degree in Human Movement Sciences and honours degree in Sport Science, using what I have learned, I have always wanted to be able to offer alternate solutions to people who cannot always use conventional workout methods.
The motivation for Body Worx EMS came from a desire to help my own father who suffers with back and leg pain due to injury and surgery.
At his age, conventional exercise methods are not an option, EMS training was the next logical choice.
EMS training offered the perfect solution- low impact, minimal physical movement, yet all the benefits of working out- increased circulation, muscle stimulation and improved balance.
Now, I want to offer these benefits to others, whether athletes, working parents, elderly individuals or those seeking rehabilitation, our programs are tailored to each person to achieve their goals.

Hello! My name is Corne van Wyk, I am the personal trainer for the newest Body Worx EMS studio in Polokwane.

I have a passion for people who wan to take the next step to improving their health and fitness routine. Starting from the couch potato to the advanced athlete, I am here to help you.
Having an advanced sporting background and being a competing crossfit athlete gives me the background and knowledge of the human body and how it works with, together with all its ailments, and yes, I myself have these too, haha. . .

I may not be the worlds greatest athlete and have my name in any record books, but I train to stay fit and most importantly- healthy.
A Healthy Body creates A Healthy Mind.
Even if you exercise just 20minutes a day its better than nothing at all, but believe you me, your 20minute session here with me will feel like at least an hour in the gym-
even more the next day ; )
